Orders are shipped from our London, UK warehouse. Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 1-2 business days with tracked delivery. Bespoke and made to order pieces require approximately 6-8 weeks for production and preparation before shipment.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. items must be unused and returned in their original packaging due to the handmade nature of our pieces. Bespoke and made to order items are non returnable, though exceptions may be considered in rare circumstances and be subject to restocking fee.
